On the challenges of noise
Noise is an important consideration in aeromedical safety. It is the second most important sense to pilots (after vision) and is the most valuable form of communication between flight crew and outside services. Here we acknowledge how noise adds another level of complexity to aeromedical transport.

On fear of flying
So, how ridiculous it may seem for me to be writing a blog post on this topic.
Surely as someone who chose to work in aeromedicine, a pre-requisite must be
nerves of steel in the air?

Growing up I only had one career in mind, being a firefighter. I loved the idea
of being in a close knit team, responding at any moment to rush to places of
HEAT

On the self deprecation and rumination of being clumsy due to lack of experience
in new (prehospital) environment.
